He has done so much

God has earned our love. Yes, He deserves it because of who He is, but He has also gone through the trouble of earning our love, too.

• He created us Ge 2:7
• He did a wonderful job of it Ps 139:14-15
• With His hands Is 64:8
• He gives us life Job 33:4
• In an everlasting soul Ge 2:7
• He gives us freedom from sin and death Rom 8:2
• He saved us Ti 3:5
• He provides for us Mt 6:30
• He bought us 1Co 6:20
• With His blood Act 20:28. Heb 9:12, 1Pe 1:19
• By becoming a curse for us Gal 3:13
• He cares for us 1Pe 5:7
• He watches over us and listens to our cries Ps 34:15
• He knows our needs Luk 12:30
• He knows us Jn 10:15
• He is compassionate to us Mk 5:19

God's works in many other areas give us more reason to love Him:

• The wonderful created world around us
• The heavens Ps 8:3, Ps 19:1
• His creation is beautiful Ec 3:11
• They are great and marvellous Rev 15:3

• He set Jesus as the cornerstone Mt 21:42

Since He performs His works all the time, and so individually, He's built quite a record!
