Revelation 19

1. Hallelujah
   
• One for God
  
1. Salvation, glory, and power are God's Rev 4:11; 7:10
   
2. His judgments are true and righteous Ps 19:9
   
3. His vengeance is complete for his servants De 32:35,43
   
• Two for destroyed enemies
  
• The harlot Babylon is judged, and will burn in ruins for ever Rev 19:3; Isa 34:10
  
• Three for God
  
1. The wicked are gone, as he promised Rev 19:4; Ps 104:35
   
2. "Amen" agreeing with God's actions of fulfilling His own Word
   
2. Marriage supper
   
1. Hallelujah!
   
1. Those who fear God Ps 22:23
   
2. The Lord our God, Almighty, reigns Ps 93:1
   
2. The Lamb
   
1. Rejoice, be glad, give glory - the marriage of the Lamb is come
   
1. For those who are ready, not those who are not
   
2. The bride clothed in fine, bright, clean linen = righteous acts of the saints
   
• Does this mean that only those who have earned a seat at the marriage supper arrive? Mat 22:14
  
• Blessed are those invited to the marriage supper!
  
• Be ready! Mat 25:10; Luk 12:36

• a. Faithful and True on a white horse
  
1. Righteously judges and wages war Ps 96:13; Isa 11:4
   
2. Eyes of fire, many crowns, secret name, bloody robe = the Word of God
   
3. Sharp sword from mouth, to strike down
   
4. Rule with rod of iron, the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty Ps 2:9; Is 63:1-6
   
5. King of Kings and Lord of Lords 1Ti 6:15
   
• Armies of heaven follow
  
• All earth against him
  
1. Beast, false prophet thrown into lake of fire
   
2. Rest were killed by Jesus' sword (word) alone
