Longsuffering Fruit

More than anything else, God is longsuffering. This seems to have a few shades of meaning:

• Enduring wrongful harm Jer 15:15
• Forbearance, whether being harmed or not Rom 9:22, 2:4; 2Pe 3:9
• Holds back his wrath 1Pe 3:20

God is longsuffering, and in similar manner we should be.

• Patient 1Tim 1:15
• Tolerant Eph 4:2
• Instruct with and toward 2Ti 4:2
