Cannot match name to user in global address list

I've been struggling with trying to get my kids setup with Outlook 2007 to my Exchange 2003 server. I'm running Vista Ultimate, with their accounts having Parental Controls enabled. I thought it was the web filter, or the firewall, or something! None of the above.
Turns out it was simply that the Global Address List on the Exchange server for some reason was visible only to Administrators! Don't know why I did that at some point, but all I had to do was add Read access to the proper accounts, and all is well!
